I had gone to a brunch restaurant in Toronto not too long ago with a few friends. We all ordered a different item from the menu so that we could share and get a taste of the separately unique dishes they had to offer. We love trying new and especially unique foods. Needless to say, I fell in love with one of the items we ordered and I was inspired to recreate it.

Let’s Go to the AGO

A little throwback to our very spontaneous trip to the AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario) in downtown Toronto. My bestie Kate and I were catching up one day and it happened to be the day when the AGO entry is free from 6p.m. until 9p.m. (Wednesday evenings). Lucky for us, we ended up walking to the area around 8p.m. so we quickly roamed through the gallery just in the nick of time.

An Egyptian Affair

The “brunch scene” is still very much a thing in Toronto. A lot of mom and pop shops are benefiting from this recent obsession because they offer unique and exotic menus. I personally love exploring new cuisines and prefer to try something new and different every time, instead of the mundane dine out choices.
